With so much pressure on facility construction and operations to continually deliver services cheaper, the far greater benefit of improving personnel productivity is consistently overlooked. People account for 90+% of most organizations’ overhead – ten-fold that of facility costs; thus, this oversight, provides an opportunity for the facility industry to transition from a “necessary evil” to a revenue generator. In this session, we will discuss the impact building design and operational environment has on the productivity and performance of occupants and how to leverage our expertise to get more out of the largest expense for most organizations.
