PREVENTIVE Maintenance (PM)

Predictive Maintenance (PDM)

  • Through PdM, FM360 advises clients on how to best leverage predictive tools (such as vibration analysis, infrared thermography and tribology) to enhance facility operations and mitigate risk.

Condition Based Maintenance (CBM)

  • FM360 partners with our clients to identify available data sources that assist with identifying current condition and operations of systems and equipment, so that maintenance can be prescribed at the right the time to mitigate impact and downtime. We leverage data gleaned from PdM, building controls, and other channels.

Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)

  • FM360 assists clients with determining the optimum mix of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance that improves system productivity and minimizes risk for the least possible cost. We do such by providing failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) and providing a resultant recommendation report.
